Artisanal Delivery
Each Vailure creation is hand-poured and packaged with meticulous care. To ensure the integrity of our scents, we utilize premium couriers for all shipments.
Domestic
Standard delivery within 3-5 business days. Complimentary for orders exceeding $150.
International
Global shipping to over 50 countries. Typically arrives within 7-14 business days, subject to customs clearance.
Considered Returns
Due to the highly sensitive and artisanal nature of our fragrances, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the hygiene and quality of every bottle our clients receive.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and factory-sealed items only.
- Items that have been opened, sampled, or had their protective film removed are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Complimentary samples provided with your order do not need to be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, unless the item arrived damaged.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact our Concierge team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a swift replacement at no additional cost.
